How It's Done
360 Degree feedback is a multi-source feedback, multi-rater assessment, upward feedback or peer evaluation designed to give you a panoramic view of your leadership capabilities. It is a process in which you evaluate yourself on a set of criteria, your manager or supervisor will then evaluate you, as do your peers and direct reports. Upon completion of the assessment, you will receive a gap analysis detailing how you perceive yourself versus how others perceive you. The 360 Degree feedback process involves participants and raters.
Participants are reviewed by their raters. Raters include your manager, supervisor, peers, direct reports and family members, and they will be responsible for completing a survey which will measure your behaviors as they relate to your leadership capabilities. Your raters will provide you with objective, constructive feedback, which will support you in creating a developmental plan designed to help you reach your personal and professional goals.
How It Works:
Phase 1: Establish objectives and needs
During phase 1, we will be working closely with you to establish the goals for your 360 Degree Feedback review process. During this phase, we will be clarifying the needs of your organization while considering the behaviors you want to measure and the results you want to achieve for your company. If you currently have a competency model in place for your organization, we will using your competency model for the foundation of the 360 Degree Review. If you do not currently have a competency model in place, we will conduct a survey and company assessment to pinpoint the critical success factors for your organization. From the data collected, we will build a 360 Degree Feedback Survey to match your specific organizational needs.
Phase 2: Survey Development
During phase 2, using the competency model of your choice, we will be working to develop an online 360 Degree Feedback Survey for your company. Once the survey has been developed, it will be loaded into our secure system.
Phase 3: Assign Participants
During phase 3, the participants being reviewed are loaded into our database. Each participant will not only be reviewed but will be performing a self survey on our system.
Phase 4: Assign Raters
During phase 4, each participant will choose a minimum of 6 raters to complete the review. We recommend that the reviewers include a combination of peers, direct reports, bosses and family members. Our system is robust, so the number of raters you choose is unlimited, and a minimum of 6 is required for a full report. The raters are loaded into our system, and an e-mail is sent to all raters with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Phase 5: Survey Analysis and Reporting
During phase 5, our software works to automatically compile and analyze the data and creates a summary report for each participant.

Phase 6: Coaching Debrief
Each participant will receive a 1 hour coaching session with an executive coach trained in the 360 Degree Feedback Process to debrief the survey results.
Phase 7: Individual Action Plan Development
Following a feedback debrief, each participant will receive an individual developmental plan based on the results of their feedback. At this time, an individual may choose to work with one of our coaches for 3-6 months to expedite the developmental process.
