Carol Dickson-Carr
Executive Director of Coaching

Carol Dickson-Carr is the President of Power-Ed Solutions, Inc and is a productivity coach and life strategist who makes money using her creativity and helps other busy professionals do the same. She has taught in community and business colleges, at the university level, and in private consultations to provide both academic knowledge and practical strategies for creating a productive, fulfilling life. She is the creator of the interview audio series, Master Your Time and Live Your Dreams: Conversations with Coaches and Creatives Who Get It Done! and is also co- author to the book , A Guide to Getting It: Purpose & Passion.

Since 1993, Carol has helped teams and individuals work and play well together by using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®), which is founded upon research based on 20 years of observations of people in their daily lives. The tool is non-judgmental and is a self-report instrument that sorts around your preferences. This indicator enables people to understand themselves and others better by assessing their communication style; creative intelligence, and core temperament.

A social scientist by training, Carol graduated with a bachelors degree from the California State University, Bakersfield and a masters degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She has had extensive training from the Thomas Leonard Schools of Coaching and is a qualified MBTI® administrator. She has also served as Vice President of Technology for the Tallahassee Chapter of the American Society of Training and Development. She mentors a young man, Milton, through the Big Brothers/Big Sisters organization, and she and her husband, Darryl Carr, have one daughter, Maya.
