President

Bea Fields is owner and president of Five Star Leader Coaching and Training, which provides services to over 500 national and international clients. An internationally renowned executive coach and trainer, she is the author of The Magnetic Customer Service Program for Business Owners, The 90 Day Marketing Marathon for Coaches and Business Owners, and The 12 Foundations of Leadership Program.

Fields is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with expertise in integrating technology, leading teleclasses, and developing live and online training programs for executive leaders and teams. As one of the first executive coaches on record in the Sandhills area of North Carolina, she is a resourceful, results-oriented professional with a solid history of driving and facilitating improvements in client productivity, profitability, efficiency, and leadership competency. She helps professionals achieve their optimal potential and sustain performance over the long run by assisting them in designing work environments that support productivity and success.

A graduate of the University of Alabama, Fields is a seasoned executive coaching veteran who possesses several important certifications, including the International Coach Federation Professional Certified Coach Designation (PCC) and the Guerrilla Marketing Coach Certification. She holds a Certificate Degree in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and is a graduate of Coach University. In addition, she is a member of the International Coach Federation, the International Association of Certified Coaches, and the International Virtual Chamber of Commerce.

Aside from her professional life, Fields is also an active community volunteer, where she serves as a board member of the Moore County Chamber of Commerce, is the past president of the Member to Member Leads Group of Moore County, and is founder and principal of the Moore County Executive Forum. She is also a board member of the Episcopal Day School and has served on the Board of Visitors for the UNC Children's Hospital and the Sandhills Children's Center in Southern Pines, NC. Fields has also been actively involved with the Hospice Foundation where she worked to support First Health Hospice in raising over $10 million in funding. She and her husband, Michael Fields, have two daughters, Ann and Katie, and a son, Jack.
