The 360 Degree Challenge is a division of Five Star Leader Coaching and Training, a company which offers a comprehensive suite of surveys and coaching and training programs designed to measure and develop key skills for individuals in leadership roles, including executive, middle management and team management and for professional men and women aspiring to enhance their leadership skills. The 360 Degree Challenge focuses strictly on administering and debriefing the 360 Degree Feedback survey, a tool which addresses key leadership competencies needed to move an organization, team or individual in the direction of positive change.

This team of professionals has a combined experience of over 75 years in organizational development and is one of the world leaders in the writing and delivery of 360 Degree Feedback assessments.
